  • Had a wedge salad and rib eye for dinner. Wedge salad was a minimalist version with watered down dressing and 2 slices of hearts of palm. Don't get it. The ribeye was of miserable quality for a prime cut. I've cooked hundreds of ribeyes purchased at the grocery store my back yard that blew this one away. So far I am a hard 0 for 2 at Emerils. Not exactly sure what the hype is. It can't be just an off night-twice...Take a pass and go ANYWHERE else.
