  • I work at the miracle mile shops, and every now and again I like to come in early and treat myself to breakfast. I choose to eat at oyster bay, because they were offering a breakfast special. Well when I sat down and ordered my breakfast, the server asked if I wanted coffee, orange juice or milk . I said water please. He said I had to be charged for a beverage. He said it was policy. I then had to inform him that I had an ulcer and I wasn't able to drink anything caffeinated, or acidic, etc... he asked management, but they insisted that I order a beverage in addition to my water.
