  • Worse service and food quality even by fast food standards. My shawarma was cold as ice, and they were very stingy with the meat and sauces. My potatoes were barely filled to the rim of the bowl with a tiny dab of sauce on top. Apparently they didn't have any straws, so I had to drink straight out of the paper cup! It was quite a long wait even though we were the only people there. I guess it's becuase the workers spent a lot of the time talking with each rather than actually completing my order.
