This review is purely based on customer service and attitude of either owners or those that work here. I used to live in Cottage Grove and did visit the shop when it was located there....I only went once as the shop was over crowded with too much inventory, and staff was unwelcoming. Fast forward to the move to Sun Prairie....I needed a last minute gift for mothers day. I was in the area and thought, well I will try here again, surely with a different location it will be different. I was dead wrong. I was literally the only person that was in the store on a Saturday afternoon -- 2 of the ladies at the counter looked at me when I walked in, neither bothered to say welcome or hello. I wandered around looking at things to potentially buy...I was never asked if I could be helped or even remotely acknowledged. After about 10 minutes I just left. I walked right by the 2 ladies...and not a one even looked up. How sad...if they happened to be the owners they should know they probably won't be in business long. If you can't bring yourselves to acknowledge other human beings that are in your store to spend money --- you really shouldn't have a retail business where you have to actually talk and deal with the public. From here I went across the parking lot to the jewelry store and spent $300 instead, and was very happy to do so as they were wonderful to deal with and appreciated my business.
