  • If I could give a zero or a negative star I would. I booked my room online notifying them of a late arrival. When I showed up to check in there was no one there, the doors were locked and no bell to ring. I tried calling multiple times without success. I had to find another place to stay at midnight. I have reached out to them multiple times for s refund but have not heard back.
