  • I haven't actually written a Yelp review before, but my experience here was above and beyond and I wanted to share it. The bath products are awesome, of course, but the employees here also truly care about making their customers happy. I came in last week, after just having received some terrible news. I just wanted to buy a couple bath bombs to help me relax. While one of the workers (Amanda) was showing me different products, I started crying in the middle of the store. I was super embarrassed but she hugged me, talked to me for a while about what was bothering me, and gave a sample of a face mask (which was very soothing on my skin, btw). Then when I got home, I saw that she had slipped another sample into my bag, with a note saying it was to brighten my day. So yeah, this place is great. Would highly recommend stopping in, for both the products and the customer service.
