  • You don't know exactly what will be there, but you do know that it will be fresh, tasty, and cheap, and that very nice, patient, knowledgeable young butchers-in-training will provide it for you. If you want something specific, you can order it in advance: beef, lamb, pork, chicken. The best prices on good quality fresh meat in the city. Yes, it does have weird hours, so you have to plan ahead a little. But this place is a gem.
