Really good food, even with takeout! Specials sound creative - like deep fried "wings" made from rib meat that's fallen off of the bone. The space makes you feel like you're in a backyard at someone's barbecue - very laid back!
I came with a larger party with a reservation and it took a while to get our orders in since the place was packed. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to eat in, but I did get pulled pork and a small mac and cheese to go, which were ready in about 10 minutes.
The pulled pork came with all four sauces (classic, barbecue, tangy mustard, and seasonal) and two soft rolls. The mac and cheese was incredibly creamy and heavier on the béchamel sauce flavor - I really liked it. I also appreciated that the to-go container had air vents so that you don't end up with water on your food. Overall, a good experience. I'd like to go back to sit through a full meal, which I suspect would be a five-star experience!
