  • Walking in the nail salon was super confusing. You walk into what looks like a clothing/jewelry store. Then WE had to ask them who to talk to about our appointments. No one came up to us all, just left us wondering. Then tried using the washroom and there was no toilet paper. We asked if they would accommodate three of us in our 2hour appointment and was straight up told no to. Then was told like a child not to look too closely, since I might knock over the nail polishes. My best friend got us the Groupon for my birthday. And was super excited to go but, we regretted it the minute we stepped into the shop. Few days later and now I'm dealing with an infection in one of my fingers and another on one of my big toes. I should have known better, the minute I had to ask if the tools had been sanitized. She showed me that they spray their tools with something to sanitize them, but obviously it wasn't good enough because of the nail infections I have now. Do not go here. I've been to so many Mani and pedis in my life and this is THE worse one yet. I love a good deal, but the Groupon is not worth getting an infection over.
