I had booked a flight to Miami when I realized I needed to purchase my chick in bag online. I tried to book this online after being tricked into purchasing a "bundle" package that I had no use for I thought I would tell the agent at the airport and they would be able to fix it for me. After waiting In line for over an hour the woman at the counter told me they didn't do refunds and I was to call this number and they would refund me no problem. We barely made it to the plane and after boarding we were told we all needed to get off because they had forgot to do a security check of the plane. You forgot??? So then after getting off and reboarding we finally left. I called the number for my refund after I was home from my cruise for my refund. After waiting over 30 minutes the man told me it was unrefundable. After speaking with a supervisor who was just as useless she told me it had to be within 24 hours. I told her I was never told this and I was out of the country and called as soon as I could. She said there was no way to do refunds after a reservation is closed which is completely untrue. I hate this airline and can't believe they are still in business. I will never fly them again and I will tell everyone I know not to fly with them. Complete crap airline. I would give zero stars if there was an option.
