It's sad when I can rate a company 1 star and I haven't even received my product yet. The receptionists have no customer service skills what so ever not to mention they have hung up on me. I wouldn't do any business with them but unfortunately I've already paid them and I need my product. They told me 10 days it would be in and it's going on OVER 3 weeks with no communication. They show no ownership of their false statements or any help on the issue. I can't wait until they install my glass so I don't have to deal with them again. Buyers beware.
So, after leaving the terrible review above I was contacted by the owner of the company who wanted to change my outlook and rectify the concerns I had which he did. They replace my glass with a better fitting, more sturdy size and they're replacing my ugly handle for no charge. Thank you for taking the time to show a customer that you care.
