  • I have never dealt with more rude customer service in my life. The representative Brad was nothing short of verbally abusive. I requested emergency propane and he said he would call me to let me know if it was possible. Not only did he write down the wrong phone number and was not able to get in touch with me, he wrote down the wrong credit card number. I kept calling back and getting a different story from 2 other reps. Because of him, we weren't able to get propane for 3 days. He blamed me for making him stay late to get the delivery approved when it was him who wrote the information down incorrectly. He had the audacity to say he stayed overtime with no pay to help me when it was his fault to begin with! Needless to say, I will not being using Thrifty Propane ever again.
