  • I have to admit, I have never received such bad customer service in my life until I recently went to this location. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude and seems like she doesn't appreciate the people that come into the store, which at the end of the day helps them pay the bills. It was my first time into the store and it will also be my last. Nobody was in the store and I walked in and I didn't even get an acknowledgement or get greeted while the woman was having her conversation on her cell phone. I stood there for about five minutes waiting for her personal conversation to end. She finally decided to hang up and help me after laughing and giggling on the phone. I asked for an apology and all I got was a blank look on her face & then I just walked out furious. I normally go to Pony Express next door to the Chamber of Commerce as they are always so pleasant to deal with and are always so welcoming with smiles. The only reason why I went to this location was because I was next-door at Subway and it was convenient at the moment but never again... This store doesn't even deserve half a star!
