Avoid this company like the plague. Had them install a glass tile backsplash last year and am just now getting around to writing a review because I had been trying to forget about the whole experience.
The work itself was so-so. The guy they had doing the work wasn't experienced with cutting glass tile, but the end result was satisfactory (and that's being kind).
Dealing with Morris was another issue. He was they guy they sent out to give an estimate. While the work was underway, miscommunication amongst the office staff, Morris, and the guy doing the work lead to the most unprofessional and offensive interaction I've ever had with a company I was paying for a service. Over the phone he resorted to yelling at and insulting me because he was upset with his staff and me over the staff's lack of communication. After asking him to stop yelling and take a different tone with me, he refused to and wouldn't let me talk. I don't know why I didn't just hang up the phone, but I thought that he was going to realize how unreasonable he was acting and what a mistake he was making, but it took an entire day to get an apology. I accepted the apology, but the situation never should have happened in the first place. That man needs an anger management class.
Bottom line: a company that treats customers this way is no company that deserves your money.
