  • Using my wife's profile to write this review. I rented a kilt from KiltRentalUSA for our wedding this past September. I can't speak highly enough of this organization's level of customer service - every interaction I had with a staff member was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I had never rented a kilt before and asked a lot of questions to determine the best outfit and combination of accessories, and I received a lot of patient guidance and advice. In the end, they even sent me a few extra accessories at no extra charge so that I could have extra options to try out. I actually had to change my order right before the wedding, and they were flexible in adjusting to my request for a different type of jacket (I had ordered the customizable Titanium Tweed package, but had the replace the jacket the a Prince Charlie jacket/vest) . Their website is one of the most streamlined I have come across - you can easily view their products and the different tartan and accessory options. They also have very helpful videos for both measuring your kilt size and putting it on when it arrives. I am usually hesitant to rent/purchase clothes without trying them on first, especially for something important like a wedding. However, thanks to KiltRentalUSA's measuring guide and advice, everything worked out flawlessly - I had a phenomenal experience with this organization.
