| - Pro Irrigation is AWESOME!
I had an irrigation company come out to my home last month and re-do my entire drip system. The end result? Completely dissatisfied and not a lot I could do about it, but consider the whole job a donation to a worthless company.
A few weeks after that job was done and I realized I was not satisfied with their work, I called Pro Irrigation to get an estimate to correct a few things the other company 'really' screwed up... Pro Irrigation (Tom) was out to my house within just a few days of my call... Not only did he give me a winning bid, he also spent 45 minutes of his own time answering general questions I had regarding my landscaping, etc. In conversation, I told him about the dissatisfaction I had with my new drip system and asked him how he would have done it differently. Compared to the info I had researched on the Internet and his answers, I know his method was for sure the honest & correct way. When it was all done & said, I wound up scheduling Pro Irrigation to come out and re-do my entire drip system (yes, two new systems, one after another, all within 6 weeks). It was a HUGE strain on my wallet, but something I wanted to get done right and once & for all! And, yes, I was given a detailed estimate on a professional/legit bid document and was signed by the both of us.
The morning of the install, they called to let me know they were on their way... The end result now? COMPLETELY SATISFIED!
* the crew's arrival time was prompt
* the crew was accompanied by Tom at arrival, so he could confirm all work that was going to be done, answer any last questions I had and provided me with a copy of the work order
*the crew consisted of 4-5 people, ALL very friendly, courteous & professional and were more than happy to answer any questions I had while they were working (very hard, I might add)
* The crew completed the job all within 1 day. The products/parts they used and the quality of their workmanship was all top-notch.
* The clean-up when they were done was EXCELLENT
* When the job was done, one of the workers came to my door, walked around the perimeter of my house with me to explain what was done, pointing things out and answering all of my questions in DETAIL. I wrote him a check and I was given a detailed receipt
Without hesitation, I would recommend Pro Irrigation to my friends & family... even my 82 year-old mother.
