Have had a change of heart since my review 2 months ago. Information, including the benefits/risks of a prescribed medication for my cat was not explained in advance to me by the Dr. Instead he had his receptionist call me with abnormal bloodwork results and to relay information that he prescribed a medication. I lost my cat 3 weeks later. I am not placing blame on the Drs., I haven't the evidence to do so. All I can do is hope that the Drs. attempt to improve their communications with clients and that clients insist that they be given all the information they need to make informed decisions about the treatment and care of their pets.
