Once they got my business (I switched my line and open an additional line of service) I received the worst customer service experience. The associate who assisted me has since left this company, he was very good and professional.
I went in to request assistance with my rebate. They went back and forth, finally submitting the rebate via my phone. The associate Devon did it wrong, all wrong. I was on the phone with a rep, figure out what was delaying my rebate. After 3 calls to several associates, I got a call from a rep who fixed the issue. T-Mobile service is good, this T-Mobile provider is not. Avoid this store.
