My mobile order took 10 minutes. You call it "No Time No Line" for a reason. The guy at the counter is looking at me like it's my fault my bagel's not ready, and the barista is looking for my order tickets in the trash. At least the barista had the good sense to offer me an apology, but showing that you respect my time would've been even better. Isn't that why you have free drink coupons? To say thanks for your business, sorry I messed up?
