| - Need a place to rest you head? Well.. There are beds at this hotel.
I'm in Phoenix this weekend for baseball spring training (Go Dodgers!) ... And because my boyfriend and I booked our hotel so last minute, we were left with limited choices. So we picked this spot. The place did enough to get by. One front desk agent, one server in the dining room to wipe tables, serve drinks at the bar, and assist, and one cook. Pretty sad since Holiday Inn claims to be about customer satisfaction.
When we arrived, our electricity wasn't working, our TV didn't work, and there were pets stains on the floor ... We asked to change rooms but the hotel was completely full that they denied our request. I get it. But, gross and yuck!
I'm giving this place two stars because they had my boyfriends ID in the lost and found, and I was surprised someone was competent enough to keep it...
So there you go! Quite unhappy with the overall experience, but we got through it.
