  • The other two posts are dead on! SAME THING happened to me on the same day! They tried to charge me $900 for basic steam service, and I had been quoted $125 with the $59 coupon. It cost me $366, they did all 2000 sq feet in less than 15 min. Called to complain, got the same run around about complaining in writing, and no returned call. My wife called them, and the manager said to her "Oh what is this, your husband cannot fight his own battles, he needs his wife to hold his hand for him? Look lady, so you got overcharged, OH WELL, then hung up the phone!" I have not yet begun my mission to destroy this company. I will post here, then Angie's list, the BBB, States Atty's office. DESERT CARPET CLEANING, is a facade, their paperwork is out of CA, and they walked in an empty house and then wanted to over charge... Sounds a lot like burgler casing to me, nothing here to steal, lets overcharge so we can leave and move on to somewhere there are more lucritive items... Worst company I have ever dealt with, disgusting!
