Well they say ppl make the company. So true. They canned my flight due to bad weather and sent me an email about it. With a phone number that within 10 seconds I had a live person. Go figure. New flight-hello Chicago and home 20 minutes later if all works out. I post this because 4 weeks ago I spent two hours on hold for delta, then another two waiting for their call back service, and had a complete nightmare because they cancelled my flight due to number of ppl on plane, not weather or mechanics. I even sent them a comment and took their survey - guess what.? Never received a response. Delta- made to disappoint.
