  • I wanted to make this place a regular go to for my wife's car and mine but after this recent repair I just cant. Now don't get me wrong, Rudy and them did right by me the first time I went there for some bad electrical and maintenance. Let me explain, at the end of April I got rear ended badly and it destroyed the driver side rear. I'm talking unibody damage, liftgate, quarter panel, bumper, taillight and wiring harness and the entire evap system just gone. This happened in Cali and I couldn't leave my car out there for 2 weeks to get fixed so brought it to Royalty when I got back to Vegas. Was told it would take less than the two weeks to get it all repaired. Fast forward 3 weeks when I can finally pick it up (a couple days to wait on the insurance check), pick up the car and inspect the work. Nothing was done as needed outside a new taillight and a new bumper. That's it. The unibody wasn't even reformed, just a scrap piece welded down so the Taillight could sit on it. Literally nothing else done but there was no problem taking the entire 3700 check (my fault for paying before seeing the car but with only one car my wife and I had to rush and do things at inconvenient times). Communication could definitely be better, I am understanding and fair but at no time was I ever called back when I was told. When I called about this work from the body guy he sent it to, all I got was ill try to put you in touch with him. As much as I don't like doing this stuff I may have to go an attorney route soon since I basically paid 3,737 dollars for a tail light, bumper and piece of scrap metal. The body guy couldn't even attach the bumper correctly and just drilled a screw through it. And I know it's not Rudy and them who did the work, but the stuff that would have been on their end wasn't done (wiring harnesses, third brake light, evap system) and in the end they chose this guy to do the work.
