  • This gym is over priced, poor customer service, lack of equipment and did I mention poor customer service? I was told that I would receive a month free of membership for every person I referred. I referred two folks and have inquired about my free membership several times to no avail. Additionally, I have sent 5 emails to them, emails they were quick to respond to when I was a pending member, again, to no avail. I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a week now and the past few days their phone has not even worked "we are unable to take your call." I then called the corporation that handles their payments "ABC Financial" for whom I will be filing a claim with the better business bureau. Avoid at all costs, mentally and financially.
