  • Poor service. I took my bike in to have the rear brake bled and have the front forks rebuilt. I was told it would be ready in one week. 8 days later I called and they told me they were unable to loosen the screw to bleed the brake and that they were working on it and the manager would call me later in the day to let me know how it was going. He never called. I called the next day and told the same thing about the screw and that I should come by and take a look. Take a look? What? I go by and see the screw and was told it looks like the bike has been neglected. Nevertheless, they only have an open wrench to try on the screw and that they need a closed 6 sided wrench to get the screw out. The mechanic says he thinks the manager has a 6 sided wrench at home. I'm thinking it's from the shop. Ok, when are you getting the wrench? Blank stare. When were you going to call me? Manager says, "when the work is done." Who the hell knows when that would be. Ok, how about the forks? "We haven't started on the forks." Why not? " We were focused on the screw." The worst part of this encounter was the interaction with the staff. They never apologized. Nor were they able or interested in trying to convince me they gave a damn about my repair or my business. Grabbed my bike and told them I was taking it to a shop that had the necessary tools to work on bikes. I took it to Bicycle Ranch and the mechanic says we just put a vice grip on, get the screw out and put a new screw in. Viola, someone that knows what they are doing.
