  • Terrible. Don't waste your money. I hade a French manicure and pedicure done Friday by Hong (owner) the next morning they were peeling off like stickers! Its now sunday and they are all chipped off and 3 have completely peeled off my hands! My pedi was done by someone else and she did ok but the polish I had on before was pink and they didn't remove it completely so it showed through my French. What really set me off was when I was moved over to Hong. The manicure was maybe 10 minutes she took off my previous polish didn't push back cuticles, nor oil or massage my hands in any way and again pink polish showing through. She did cut my finger even after saying ouch please stop with the clippers on my cuticle but she kept cutting and going deeper? She filed the nails but didn't buff or smooth them so the were jagged and looked a mess. I had the white paint all over my fingers she didnt bother to clean me up. She was very short with me and annoyed she asked if she could cut and shorten my nails and I said well I'm trying to grow them out so just a filing is good and she was annoyed for some reason and when she stared to file the first couple down I said well maybe try and keep as much length but the ones that are much longer than the others could you please shorten them a bit so they are closer to a uniform shape and in a very nasty annoyed tone she said "that what I ask you and you say no, why you just don't say". If could give it a no star I would. She wanted me out of that chair as quickly as possible and was rude. It was the farthest thing from relaxing.
