  • Bar George was by far the prettiest bar I've ever seen. We were in Montreal for a few days and randomly stumbled upon Bar George. When we realized it was British food we decided to stay for lunch and try out the menu. I had the chicken pot pie (it was legit) and my friend ordered the Cornish hen (soooo tasty). I don't think I've ever gasped when waiters deliver my food but I did when I saw the size of my pie. Needlessly to say it was a good surprise. The service and ambiance was excellent. If you ever get the chance to visit definitely sit at the bar and try going during the day so you can see the gorgeous light that fills the room. 10/10 experience.
