Unlike most Best Buy stores this one does cell phone repairs. I called before I went in to ensure someone was there who would be able to repair my horribly cracked phone. Here I was extremely excited that the screen was finally going to get fixed what I failed to ask was how long it was going to take - my fault completely OR the rep on the phone could have offered that information to me. I figured i would take my Macbook in as well and get some more memory added. Got there at around 8:00pm on a Monday where there were 2 Geek Squad reps working only to find out that my phone would take over an hour to repair. However they were really helpful in showing me which memory I had to purchase. I was told that I should return the next morning to have my phone fixed and the memory installed so off my husband went to get this done for me and again he was turned away because there was 1 person working and was told to come back AGAIN. Wednesday I returned (this time at 6:45pm) to try and have this finally done and I'm sure you can guess what happened...yup turned away because once again because whoever was the genius that creates a schedule failed miserably that week. I was told there would be 3 people on staff on Friday and someone would be able to help me for sure. Annoyed and frustrated but knowing I needed to have my phone screen repaired and my memory installed I went back. I definitely struck luck! My memory was installed within 15 mins of being there and my phone was fixed within an hour! YAY to the guys that were able to finally help. The store itself it setup much like the other locations I've visited. The only other thing I found is that many of the reps are too wrapped up in socializing instead of doing what they were hired for.
