  • I would recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone if they plan on staying for a night in Toronto. The staff is extremely friendly. They sent us complimentary fruits and a personal message which was very personable and thoughtful, they also upgraded us for free into a larger room. They are truly exceptional. It couldn't be in a better location, right in downtown but on a side street that is quiet enough and enjoyable. We went to the Rooftop bar and when we came back the bed was remade, fresh towels were places, soaps and other small amenities were replenished, and they folds four clothes neatly on the bed! It is a tasteful and modern hotel with exceptional service in a wonderful location. We will definitely be returning for our next anniversary night in Toronto
