Worst experience in more than 30 years. That sums up my review. After a very long wait in line after 10 pm on Sunday, February 4, I was told that the "standard" car I had reserved was not available unless I chose to wait ever longer. The only alternative I was presented was a luxury car which was well outside my comfort zone. After being told I would have a substantial discount I agreed, only to have sticker shock at a charge of over $700 for 4 days. Feeling that I had been ripped off, I still accepted the car. But upon my return I was told that I could not get a printed receipt. Instead one would be emailed to me. I am still waiting for the email.
I plan to advise the Attorney General's office of my complaint. If you too believe you have been the victim of consumer fraud, you may file a consumer complaint.
