  • I felt like the server who was there just profiled me as a younger customer, so she didn't bother asking me what sort of coffee roast I would prefer - but then proceeds to present the options to an older customer who ordered after me. She gave me velouté without offering me the option - had I known I could have gotten the corsé I would have gone for it! Please improve your consistency when serving your customers.
