  • I just got reminded why I hate coming to forever 21, but since I need to find a green dress for my daughter I give it a try. First with so many employees never got ask if I needed help but it's fine knew what I was looking for and where the section was at. The fitting room employee seem like they were having a rough day so over look they're attitude. But when I got to the checkout line now that's a different story. This cashier look so bitter perhaps angry at life itself......so sorry for you. But the lack of customer service as if I'm forcing this cashier to be at work is will...... laughable. I ask the cashier for her name then she replied why? I just said just because and her response was I can't give that information out. Lol really then why wear name tags or even work at a retail store. I guess I'm the the first to complain about her. But before I left I just had to tell her that she was the worst cashier. There were a couple of her co-worker around I knew one heard me hopefully she pass the information on
