Please steer clear of this place if you are planning to lay to rest a loved one. It has been nothing but headaches with this place ever since we laid to rest my grandfather here. For starters, if you plan to pay your respects with flowers, balloons, a small garden stake to put on the plot that you paid thousands of dollars for, you better not. Their insensitivity to these items borders on the cruel. I have seen the lawn workers, pick up these items or even kick these items, directly from grave sites and toss them in the trash. When you question them about this - not only is their response inadequate but they do not even apologize for it. They simply state that their "flower/garden policy" is that they will throw anything away that is not in a Resthaven cemetery vase. Not only do they not provide these vases but they actually run $140 a piece! The prior reviews are correct.
Also, I have seen people with actual BBQ grills here - grilling food and drinking beer as if it were a park! This was not a problem to management, but my flowers on my grandfather's plot were. This is plain ridiculous.
