This ford dealership is giving ford motor company a bad name. We have 3 vehicles we've bought from them and the service has seriously plummeted. All the services on the car is done at the dealership. We've had an issue recently where the check engine light has come on and will go off for a few days but then comes back on, we've taken the car in at least 3 times for the light and every time it comes back on. The technician has been a great help and friendly no complaint about him.
Today the service manager (John) was in the service centre and when we tried to talk to him about the issue he was extremely rude and full of attitude. How in a job based on having customers can a company have a MANAGER with 0 customer relation skills. He without exaggerating has to be the WORST person I've met working in the customer service industry. The worst part was the owner David was there with him and was fine with his bad behaviour.
He was angry that we were asking him a question. We obviously will not be purchasing any more vehicles through whiteoaks or a ford vehicle for that matter. A manager who doesn't car for the customers is the first sign of a business going to the crap.
IF YOU WANT A FORD DONT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS.
Whiteoaks get your crap together, find a service manager that knows how to speak to customers. Without customers you'll lose your business and by having horrible managers like John dealing with customers YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS.
