Over the last year I've had CenturyLink always a hassle when you need something with them. Agree the worst customer service. The reps are either new or just don't know what they're doing. If it was not for the cheaper Wi-Fi connection that I'm getting through them I would drop them and just go with Cox but not as if that's a win either. You can set up your account and call back to make sure it's set up the way you want it and somehow between them setting up the account and when you get your bill it's always wrong, they will get it eventually fixed but my average call time with CenturyLink is 35 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes. Hard to believe that over all the years a company this big would allow terrible customer service, they obviously don't care.
