  • As long as you don't complain about a poor job, they are good.... After 10 years of going and not always loving the way my nails look but letting it slide, I finally had to complain and I was treated VERY poorly for my very polite request to have my nails re-done. Loyalty is not something they value. Won't be going back and frankly should have given up on them 8 yrs ago.
