  • I frequent Jimmy john's often and always love their sandwiches. After raving about this place to my mom, she finally said she wanted to try it out. At all the other locations I've been to, the staff has been extremely friendly. This was not the case at this location. A young man took our order and then went on to make our sandwiches. A girl came up to the register where we were ready to pay, totally ignored us and proceeded to take someone else's order and payment while we were standing right in front of her. After telling her we still needed to pay, she rolled her eyes and went on to take our payment, all the while making inappropriate jokes about strippers to her coworkers. Completely unprofessional. Once we got home we found the bread on our sandwiches to be rock hard and totally inedible. After having such great service at the other Jimmy john's, I'm really disappointed in the service at this location.
