  • Camp Tournesol has been a favourite summer camp for both our children since our oldest began French immersion four years ago. It is a fun and safe environment for them to explore, learn and play "en français!" with kids from their school and other neighbourhood French immersion schools. A great way to boost their French content over the holidays, the camp mixes learning with social, creative, artistic, and physical activities. Younger kids who are new to French find comfort in the positive encouragement they receive from Tournesol counsellors. Older students can expand their horizons with leadership activities and overnight trips. Our kids make new friends each year and are always excited to reconnect with existing schoolmates. I recommend Camp Tournesol to anyone whose kids are in French immersion - whether they are just starting out in September or want to reinforce their French over summer months!
