I've had the Dish Network for close to two years and to be honest the first year was really hard for us. Every night it would go out and I'd have to reset my Joey and I stupidly didn't do anything about it. I would call get pissed they on they would send me new equipment I didn't know how to do it so I send it back, but today, they sent me the most amazing technician, Juan Martin Camacho who is one of the best technicians I've ever met he goes above and beyond and Dish's lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you for bringing him to my home and making me feel like a human and not dumb because I don't know much about technology thank you Juan and thank you Dish Network
