  • Horrid service.... Need a 6mm stone. No one could or would go measure a rock for me.... Did some homework and ordered a stone that should fit for a setting I needed to repair for a customer.... They wanted to get a cheap stone... Paid for 2 day shipping. I am over10 days into this and I am still waiting... Was told it had to ship from Philly to there. Where that is they would not say. Then from there to me... Have they ever heard of drop shipping from where the merchandise is... Do not order from these folks.... No idea about the stone as I am still waiting for it.... I now have lost my own customer as I told them it would be a week turn around... Buy local and spend the extra money for real service.... The stone may be fine if they ever bother to send it who knows... Very unhappy.
