Worst Lash Experience! I paid nearly $200 to get a new set done. I went to the new location that opened on 215 & Rainbow because it seemed legit and it was near me so it was convenient. I Got them done on a Sunday Night and they had all fallen off by Wednesday. It literally only lasted 3-4days. Its supposed to last for 3weeks before you even have to get a fill. I've gotten lashes done many times before I know the do's and don'ts .When I went to the shop on that Thursday they were closed I called the shop several times and no answer. I called the Eastern location and finally got a hold of someone. They gave me the run around told me theres nothing they can do because I didn't contact anyone within the 4 days of getting them done. When I did. I had gone to the shop, but they were closed the newly opened location re-closed for "renovation" no one was able to help me,refund me, discount me, or give any type of good customer service. It was the worse experience I've had at a lash lounge. I just have to basically chalk it up as a loss. That wouldn't of happened at @cherrylashlounge they would have fixed it right away. Just letting you ladies know. Cause $200 for 3-4days worth of lashes ain't worth it!! Just my experience maybe you had a good one.
