  • The spa is located in a basement. The change rooms are very small. The towels were dirty. Staff wear "Call of Duty" video game t-shirts instead of a proper uniform. No food for sale. Turkish delights only given to persons who do Turkish bath. Steam room is small, and the techno lights are not relaxing. No designated parking. No Lounge chairs. RMT was racist against white people saying white people don't have good restaurants and only Asian food is good. Never... coming...back.
