  • We agree with the other reviews; do not hire this Property Management Company! This company has Major Communication issues! As home owners, our home was rented and they didn't communicate very well. Our tenant modified and changed the front and back landscape of the yards without our approval. Also, we were sent some pictures of the inside of our home however, we had emailed them some questions and never heard back after calling and sending several emails. Staff are not dependable and there also appears to be a lot of turnover or staff are re-assigned. We could not reach our assigned manager, etc. when needed. Beware and as the saying goes--don't judge a book by its cover--as we did!!
