On the two occasions this place has replaced batteries in my phone they've been great and the batteries have worked fine. However, last weekend on Sunday I came in and spoke with Mike and it turns out I need a new "power flex cable" for my older iPhone5. He told me to text him on Monday and remind him about getting it. I did that, and got no response. Wednesday I texted again and got no response. Today I called and spoke with Mike. He just said he was on vacation for a couple of days last week and received the texts but completely forgot to respond. Then he asked me to call him on Monday at 10am, when he was planning to go pick up some other parts for a customer, and actually remind him to get this part! I asked him why I had to call for that and why he couldn't just set a reminder to do it himself. He said he had lots of customers to keep track of and he was sure that if I was in his shoes I'd have to do the same thing and put it on the customer to remind him. Nope! I'm sorry, but I would use a REMINDER program to do this, my friend. I'm not going to be acting like a to-do program for you. This is a phone repair place, I'm pretty sure they have phones with apps through which they can jolly well set up their own reminders. Already texted reminders to him twice about it, that's my quota well and truly done. Not going back. Only reason there isn't a single star for this review is that the other work was done well.
