  • Whoever the receptionist is needs to be a little more helpful and little less rude. If I am going to spend money at your salon (and quite a bit) I expect the the first person I reach to not act like I am being an inconvenience to them. She was rude when I asked her questions, put me on hold several times, she has a terrible attitude. It almost makes me not want to come in.
