  • THE WORST! Very unfortunate that the staff working here are very uneducated about looking into insurance for patients. I had a horrific experience with almost everyone who works there. Very rude unprofessional people who just don't know what real customer service is. I don't think I've ever been treated so poorly at a place of business in my life. An apology isn't that tough. All they needed to do was try harder at their everyday job.Just try. People should not talk to a patient the way each one of them spoke to me. I'm upset I even have to waste my time writing about such a sad, sad, awful establishment. No recommendations coming their way for sure. I notice I'm not the only one who's had this terrible experience. What a shame. Get it together ladies!
