  • Went here today about flipping my tires, and the customer service guy had no clue what I was talking about. So I explained to him that the outer shoulders of the tire wear faster when you a...and he cut me off. Said my suspension is off and I have major issues. I need an alignment. I told him nah that's just how the car is set up. The outer shoulders of the tire wear faster becau... That's when he interrupts me again and says "Are you a mechanic? Are you a mechanic?" I froze. I've been wrenching on cars for over 20 years and did it professionally for 4. Don't go to this place. Also the quote was 4 times higher than other shops who know what the term flipping tires means.
