| - I was a walk in, I did not have to wait and that was nice. Their polish selection was very good as well, but that is the only thing positive I have to say.
I'm not complicated, I just wanted a new full set of acrylics with regular polish and a coffin shape. I needed my old set taken off, and I had a broken pinky nail, which I showed him so he could be careful in fixing the nail.
Ryan is the one who did my nails. Nice guy but so rough! I am not one to complain about service, but I was going to pass out from the pain of him RIPPING off my old acrylics. It was bad enough on my regular nails, and I was confused because I have never have had anyone just peel them off using another fake nail tip. They are usually soaked off?? But I didn't want to be a crybaby about it so I just winced and smiled.
Then when he got to my broken nail, he also tried to rip off the acrylic , he could tell I was extremely uncomfortable, bu he continued to try to get it off , until I finally just told him he could paint over the old acrylic, just to get him to stop. But then he decided he would soak my finger in acetone, just the broken nail ( which burned significantly after being cracked more open from trying to take off the acrylic) .
He filed my nails with some aggression, I almost laughed because I have NEVER had someone be that rough! I thought maybe he was new? Needless to say , it jus was overall painful.
The color came out fine, BUT he moved me to dry at a different station and started helping someone else. He didn't turn on the fan, or give me a heat lamp, I just sat there confused... I grabbed a fan from a different station and turned it on myself.
Nice Salon set up, but bad experience .....
