This is a 24/7 animal hospital but is not strictly emergency and also takes appointments. My cat had a cold that lingered for a couple of weeks and I decided to take him to this place, mainly because it was easy to get a same day appointment. I called in the morning and got a 6:00 PM slot.
When I came in, there was one entrance and one waiting room for both dogs and cats, so my cat was in close proximity to some large, barking dogs.
Luckily they let me in the examination room quick, and the room was specially set up for cats with a nice cat condo that the cat hid in.
The vet came in within a reasonable amount of time, about 10 minutes after the appointment time.
He seemed to do a full exam and communicated well his findings. He thought an antibiotic shot would help since cat respiratory infections become bacterial.
When I checked out, I found the shot was a little pricey, $85, and the exam was $60. I'm not sure whether or not the shot actually addressed the problem.
This is a large facility and I noticed they have quite a few vets on staff. This seems ok if you have an emergency to take your pet here.
