  • I would give no stars if it were an option. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, DO NOT take your car here. I wish I would have seen the numerous negative reviews before coming here. I bought a groupon for an oil change from here, thinking it was a good deal and I would give it a try. Their website advertises walk ins. I brought my car in at 11am. The guy up front was EXTREMELY rude from the beginning and acted like my business was inconvenient. He told me there were a couple of people ahead of me so it might take a couple of hours, and asked whether I was going to wait or leave. I decided to walk a half a mile up to Starbucks so I could get some work done while I waited. I should have stayed at Fletcher's, because then maybe they would have felt the need to actually change my oil. After FIVE hours of waiting, with the knowledge they would be closing soon, I called to see what the hold up was. The guy told me they didn't have time to get to it and I could call in an hour (which would be 30 minutes before they close) to see if they would be able to get to it or not. I went, got my keys,left, and went to the car wash before they closed to get it changed there. When I went back to get my keys the guy up front didn't even so much as apologize for wasting my entire day. There is no reason they couldn't have taken 20 minutes to change my oil. If they didn't have the time, they should have said that from the start. They know how many appointments they have and whether or not they have time. Needless to say I will never coming back to this piece of shit place.
